Sorry, its been taking me so long to post. Its been a week since my last post. Last Friday I went in for a colonoscopy and found out its hemorrhoids causing me problems. There not big enough to zap, so I just have to treat them when they flare up. (Yuck) At least its nothing serious. The worse part about the whole thing was drinking a GALLON of gross water. I had a hard time keeping that stuff down. I got 6 glasses down and I couldn't do it anymore and felt that I think that is good enough. I was suppose to drink 11 glasses that equalled a gallon. Next time if I have to have one I will ask for pills. I had a hard time coming out of the anesthesia, but that is nothing new with me. I usually get sick really bad like vommititng and nausea. I did get nausea, but not as bad because they didn't give me a whole a lot it. Well, enough of that. This past week I have been busy with school and trying to get everything done. I have to meet with groups, which I hate group work.... because its hard to get together. I wish we could pick our own groups. Other than busy with that. Nothing too much is going on. My next major thing is my Surgery next Thursday Nov. 1. That will be an interesting surgery meaning what they find and how much thing are going on in my body.
Tonight, Dan and Tyler are going back to his parents place to get cows for the cattle show in Miller, SD. The cattle show is tomorrow and then taking the cows back and then coming home late tomorrow night. I am staying home and working on homework :( I have so much and I don't even no where to begin. I have to have all my things done before Nov. 1 and then the week after that. I have a lot ahead of me. Well, I hope everything is going good for everybody else. I hope everybody has a great weekend!!!

Tyler being Goofy!!
Here are two pictures that I caught Tyler in a silly act. The first picture he put his favorite shoes, but one of each pair.. :) The second picture: He thought it would be cool to put daddy's socks on. It was cute. He did this all by himself. I was in the shower when he was putting socks on and then when I saw him, I laughed so hard. He told me "Daddy's Socks". :)

Embarrassing Moment!!!
Today, one of my college classes went on a field trip to Sioux Falls to the Kirby Science Center. I have never been there. This place was neat and its for all ages from 1yr. on up. While we were there we saw a movie in the cinadome(spelling off), well, I get sick in these kinds of movies, so I just closed my eyes the whole time. The worse part was even walking into the dome I got dizzy and sick. I made it through. Well, on our way out and going down to the main floor I feel down the stairs and twisted my ankle and hurt my elbow. It hurt, but it was more embarrassing in front of all my classmates (peers). I just thought I would share this with everybody.

Update!!!
Well, I finally got a call from the doctor for my first thing. Colonoscopy.... I will be having this done Friday October 19 at 10:00. They told me that if they see anything they could remove it during this procedure. Thank god that I will sleeping. The day before I am on a liquid diet and then have to drink a lot of this powder laxative until gone. Every 15 min. a glass full until gone. YUCK!!!! After midnight nothing... We have to be there an hour before and then an hour after. The procedure will take 45 minutes unless something is serious it will take longer. I will keep you posted on what else comes up. I am hoping tonight to post a recent picture of Tyler. I had a test this morning, which really sucked :( The story of my life.... I hope everybody is having a great Thursday!!! :)

Anything Else Go Wrong!!! :(
Well, its a new week and I thought maybe things would get better, but no such luck. I will review to the good new then to the bad news. On Friday my cousin had her baby boy, so we went and saw them. Then on Saturday we went to the festivals of bands in Sioux falls to watch Dan's sister march. Tyler sure enjoyed watching the bands. We didn't stay for the whole thing. Then we were off to see Dan's parents and Dan had to do some cattle things. I wasn't feeling the best on Saturday, but I thought it wasn't anything. I will start off by explaining that I have a condition called Endometriosis.
Endometriosis is type of tissue that lines your uterus is also growing outside your uterus. Its implants of tissue outside your uterus act just like the tissue lining your uterus. During your menstrual cycle, they get thicker, then break down and bleed. But the implants are outside your uterus, so the blood cannot flow out of your body. The implants can get irritated and painful. Sometimes they form scar tissue or fluid-filled sacs (cysts). Scar tissue may make it hard to get pregnant.
(Information off of WebMD)
I just wanted to share a little bit about this condition. Well, I was diagnosed with this condition when I was 18. I did have to have a Laparoscopy, which is a surgery that the go through the belly button and a few other slits. They blow up your stomach and its not fun. I had this surgery when I was 20 and they took out a tumor size of endometriosis. I slowly felt better after this surgery and getting pregnant was not a problem for us. I was put on a birth control that helps subside my endometriosis and around January of this year I was suffering a lot pain here and there at all times. It would come and go, but would be cramps like I had my time of the month. Not fun. Well Dan I decided that we would try for another little one and we didn't succeed :( all we got was me in a lot of pain. I was suffering a lot of pain after I went off the birth control, which was two months now. It just takes over your body.
This past weekend I was in so much pain that I could barely walk. I had to call the doctor and get some pain meds and it helped some, but they knock me out. I was at dan's parents and we ended up leaving around 9:30 sat. night bc all I wanted was to go home and be in my bed when I don't feel good. My doctor called in my meds and we picked them up, but Wal-greens was backed up, so I didn't get my meds until 11:30. We finally got home around 12:30. I have been using ice packs to numb me,this is my best friend now. I went to a emergency doctor appointment yesterday Monday. He did an exam and said that I should have another surgery, but I have also been having some anal pressure( sorry for the visual) and my doctor thinks endometriosis has went into my Colon, so I have to have a colonoscopy(spelling may be off) to see what is going on in my colon and then my other surgery. He wanted to make sure that we had a doctor on hand if they need to repair my colon. So now we are waiting for that scan to be done and then on to the other. I am still in pain and will be until who knows. We are crossing our fingers that we will be able to have one more, so we shall see. I wish some people would just understand and show that they care but some people don't. Some people think just take some advil and it will go away, well wrong it doesn't. It stays there....This is a very painful condition. I feel sorry for everybody that has to go through this. I don't wish this on anybody. My mom does have this, but got when she was older and she had a hysterectomy, and doing great!!
Tyler is growing up and getting hurt. Tonight, he just fell off our bed, which is very high. He bonked his nose and hit his lip hard. He has a big lip now. He is a tough cookie!!!! Well, I hope everybody has a great week!! I will keep everybody updated on what is going on.

A Horrible Monday!!!
I know its Wednesday, but I have to share about my horrible Monday!!! It started on Thursday last week when I called the dentist about my cracked tooth that was fixed about a week ago. They Squeezed me in Monday morning. I have class at 1 to 3:20, so I should be able to make it back. I get in there and he looks at and starts to grind my teeth down, boy was I crying and I couldn't take the pain. He told me that I need to come back at 4:20 to get that tooth opened up and I didn't want to, because that meant that I would miss class and miss my volunteer thing that night. I hate missing things, but I had no choice. I had to get it done. So I went back at 4:20 and got it opened up and it took 7 shots to get me numb, boy I hate dentists. He did everything but closing it up. I have a temporary fill just in case I have built up pressure and have to open it up. He did give me a stronger pain pill, but I don't like to those if I don't have to. I do have a 2 year old son that I have to keep up with and this pill would knock me out. So I got back into Brookings about 8 and I had to give in to go get my pain pill filled because I couldn't take it. We went to Wal-mart and I had to pick up some other things and one of those things were coke and I picked up a case and it dropped out of my hand and dropped and pop exploded everywhere. BAD DAY!! Nothing was going right for me. I cried so much that day after my first dentist appointment. Thank god my mom was there for me. Well, I hope everybody else is having a great week. The rest of week has been stressful and trying to keep my tooth pain to a minimum.
The good thing is that we switched Tyler in a toddler bed finally. He seems to do fine, but Monday night was his first night in it and he fell out 3 times. We picked up a net side railing. He does have a small that came with the bed, but he is a restless sleeper so that doesn't stop him. He even got a new matress and he likes that. The one we had for his crib was one that was dan's aunts and is old because that was hers when she was little. Tyler is doing great in his bed. I hope everybody has a good one.
