Hi

Hi to everyone! Its been awhile, but not much is going on. I hate the weather changing from warm to cold.... it tends to make people get sick or mess with their bodies. I did get Tyler into preschool this fall. I was a little worried that I waited too long. I am so excited about that. We have been cheering on the Lady Jacks. Tyler loves the Jackrabbits and likes to cheer for them. The Lady Jacks are doing so good and I hope they continue to do good. We will be cheering them on tonight (Tues.) This last weekend we went to one of our friends in Harrisburg. It was a great time. We stayed overnight and hung out. This weekend Tyler wants to go see Grammy Barb.... he keeps asking when do I get to see her, so since for some reason he is having a hard time at daycare... not sure why. It was his reward to go see her and stay with her. So far he has been doing ok...I wish I knew what was going on with him....Well, not much else is going on. I am getting bigger....like I said before I think I am bigger then how far along I am, but oh well.. joys of pregnancy....Well, I hope everyone has a wonderful week... :)

Time Flies!

Where does the time go... I guess when your having fun or busy it goes by fast... Well, lets see not much going on here. This last weekend Tyler and I spend Friday night with each other. Dan was at his parents place and then Saturday we met up with him at the farm. We stayed over night and then came home Sunday. For some reason I haven't been sleep that well and not by choice. I keep tossing and turning.. ugh.. So this weekend not much sleep, which made Monday morning hard to get up. I am getting a kick out of Tyler because when people ask him if he wants a brother or sister he always says sister and then they come back and say what if it is a brother and he tells them no its going to be a sister and that is final. He gets mad when you mention a brother. Oh Boy! it may be interesting and hard for our little if it is a boy.... At one time he said he was going to put it in his bed and then it will be a girl... Funny things that kids say or come up with. Well, that is about it. I hope everyone is enjoying the nice weather..we sure are. I will try and keep you posted more.

LONG TIME......

Wow! where does time go... I have been so busy and haven't had much time to even sit down :(... when I do I fall asleep. Well, Since my last post I have had two doctor appointments. Both of them have been great. Everything is going good. I am showing, but I look bigger then how far I am a long... its because I should of lost some weight before I got pregnant. Tyler is doing good and still wants a sister and he is not backing down. I am hoping for a girl, but as long as its healthy I will be happy. Well, I am officially a teacher. I got my teaching certificate and diploma. I am official now... I am excited. I went for my first job interview the other day. It was a teacher job fair in Harrisburg, which is south of Sioux Falls. I was thinking you drop your things off and talk to the principals a little and leave... well, I was way wrong. Stand in line for the elementary line which I stood for 3 and half hours to talk to a principal for about 5 min. It was a little discouraging. Teacher jobs are hard to get into. There were over 300 applicants. All of your information goes into a pile, so your chances are slim. ugh..... Not sure what I am going to do. Well, we are doing good here. I will keep posted better this week hopefully. We are staying home this weekend. Have a good one.

The Bachelor.....

The Bachelor........ I am stuck on this show. I especially like this one. I really like Bachelor Jason.


I know some of you may not watch The Bachelor, but I must share some information that I heard. Last night (Monday) was the women tell all, which personally I don't know why they have this because its mostly just recap of what happen and not much of the bachelor answering questions. Anyway enough of that. Jason the bachelor is down to 2 women and my favorite is Melissa, which I hope he picks, but I heard that he picks her, but then the first after the rose ceremony is private and he dumps Melissa and goes after Molly... hmmm... I hope this is wrong. If it isn't I don't think I will like him anymore because why not just pick the right one from the beginning.

I know to some of you this will mean nothing, but I wanted to share about one of the shows that I watch and see if anybody else has anything to share.

Cattle Weekend!

This weekend was cattle weekend. There was a cattle show in Brookings that Dan's sister showed at. We didn't do so hot, but Dan has fun getting them ready. Tyler didn't want to stay long at the show, which surprised me. He usually wants to stay all day, but this time he wanted to go home and hang out. Friday, we had a house full then Saturday Dan's grandma got a hotel to stay in. Tyler enjoyed going swimming, which was fun to see him do that. We had fun going out for supper and just hanging out. Sunday, we went to the show for about an hour and then Tyler and I came home and relaxed. Tyler took a nap and watched a movie. Then we went to lovely Wal-mart to get groceries. I really do hate that place... it takes all of our money :(.. Then it was time to come home and relax and go to bed. That was our adventure for the weekend! I hope everyone has a wonderful week.

Wow! What a weekend!

Well, Friday I had another appointment. Everything looks good. Measuring a little big, but that doesn't surprise me, Tyler also did. My cysts are still there. They are hoping at the end of my first trimester that they will go away. The doctor does want to see me one more time before I go to my other doctor. I go back Feb. 27 for another ultrasound. Then March 5 with my other doctor that I will be seeing. So far we are doing good.

This weekend we didn't do a whole lot. My mom and Ryan came on Saturday afternoon to go to the Jacks game. That was fun and it was Tyler's first basketball game. He enjoyed it. He was getting a little board. Then Sunday brought us with Tyler waking up very early and was sick. The kids that I take care of have been sick, so I am sure I brought it home to him. He was fine after he slept some in the morning then we went and ran some errands he started going down fast. He was down for the rest of day. Monday morning came and he was started to feel better, so I thought. Well, Monday afternoon he got sick to his stomach...and was down the rest of the night. I did take him in today and he has Strep throat and maybe a touch of mono. He is not eating and he drinks some, but I am pushing more. He got on a med today, so hopefully he gets better. He can't go back to daycare until Friday. If his fever is still there he can't go back on Friday either...... So I hope he gets better soon. Well, that is about it.
