I forgot to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. Dan and I decided to stay home for Thanksgiving. We have some big projects to finish, like our master bathroom and entry way. We accomplished a lot this weekend. Dan was going to go to my mom's and work on her house, but Dan's brother Bobby and girlfriend came to visit us. It was so nice to actually have visitors for once. Not to many people come and see us, sides my mom and dad, when he is back here from Rapid. We had a lot of fun this weekend. Thanksgiving dinner was not what you want to call the best, but we will never forget it. We made a ham in the crock pot, but I think the ham was old and then over cooked.. it was nasty. We just ended up having scalloped potatoes and then I ordered a pumpkin pie from Perkins. It was yummy! Thurs/Friday at 11:00 P.M. my mom and I headed to SF to do the black Friday shopping. Our first stop was Toys R Us, boy was there a crowd and it too FOREVER to get out of the store. Then we went on to the other stores. We got what we wanted, so that was nice. We lucked out on the toys r us thing for Tyler. Still on the hunt for Zhu-Zhu pets. He wants those so bad from Santa and us.... oh boy everybody is sold out online. Well, that is about it from here. Have a great week!

Weekend fun!
This past weekend we actually stayed home :) I took Tyler to the Playhouse disney live show. He loved it. Then dan had his uncle help him put an entry way on our house. I can't wait till its done. Its so nice. They got a lot done in two days. All we have to finish is the inside and a little decking. My mom was here to help me take care of Alexa while I was gone with Tyler. She also helped the guys. Here are some pictures from the weekend.
Tyler's favorite character and show Handy Manny!
Mostly everyone, but my camera died, so didn't get a picture of everyone.

Big Green Tractor Song!
So Tyler is obsessed with Jason Aldean's Green Tactor song. He can sing word for word. Its cute, but he just can't get over it. There isn't a day that goes by that he doesn't sing at least once, but usually its through out the day. Since we recorded and just this weekend he added a microphone to his performance. He usually listens to it on the computer or his mp3 player. Since Jason performed at the cma awards and I recorded it on our DVR he watches is constantly. The video is dark, but you can still see it and hear him. Dan recorded him off his phone, so the quality is not that great. I am hoping to get another video of him when he is singing with microphone.

Getting Through.....
Well, We have had a lot going on here. We have battling the sickness. Tyler had
H1N1, influenza A, strep, and ear infection all at once. It was great. Then just the other day got the flu (vommiting). Its never ending. I started to have a bad headache, but doing better. On the weekends we are in Huron helping my mom and Ryan with the house. Last weekend I stayed home. I got a body perm in my hair, which I am getting use to. I got Tyler's 4 yr pictures done and then I got some pictures done of Alexa. They turned out great. Then I had a high school friend pass away in an accident. He was way younger then me, but we had a connection because he had a major crush on me and would give me notes. It was really cute. He was a great person and will be missed a lot. We are still remodeling our bathroom/bedroom. Hopefully SOON we can get our bed back. Sleeping on a blow-up bed in living room is not fun. At least its a nice one though. This weekend Dan and I are going to my mom's. I have a bridal shower for my friend, which I am a bridesmaid. Then the kids are going to Dan's parents place since they haven't seen them much. I am sure going to miss them :(....I will leave you with some pictures of the kids. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Wow! A lot has been going on!
Well, I know its been awhile, but boy have we been busy. A black cloud must be over our heads because its been one thing after another at the wrong time. So about a week ago I was in our closet getting a shirt and noticed that our wood flooring was wet... I was thinking uh oh..... This was at 11:00 at night. So the problem was our water heater was leaking for sometime. So we ended up having to tear apart part of our bedroom and our whole bathroom and start over. We had to have it dried out first and a plumber come fix our problem. Not only did our water heater leak, but our kitchen sink was leaking and was fixed, but not everything, so we had to have the plumber come back and fix that again. Then our second bathroom (Tyler's) that sink was leaking. Before I noticed that the sink was leaking and water heater was leaking I had this horrible smell that I couldn't get rid of. I called some people that deal with odor to come check it out. Well, he told me my sink was leaking. I couldn't get a hold of a plumber to save the life of me. Then Tyler came down with influenza A, strep, and ear infection. So then that Sunday is when I found the water heater problem. So now we are on our way to fixing everything. We have the new floor in meaning sub-floor and one wall built, tub, and shower back in. We still have a long ways to go. Tonight, Dan was switching some plug in's around and as he was doing that it fell apart- meaning a electrical fire soon. Then he found more leaks in the bathroom. Its never ending. The plumber gets to come back...... hopefully last time. So we have been dealing with a lot. The kids are growing and doing good now that we are on our way to being healthy. I have been dealing with an horrible ear infection that I cannot hear out of. It is affecting me when I eat and swallow. I also had Strep B. Its never ending with us. I will leave you with some pictures :) Enjoy
shower in our bedroom... can't get it out of our house.. too big
we have our first wall up.. :)
